It sounds like XL would be the way to go for your setup as well. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks, that helps a lot. It looks like I’ll go with the XL because I’m running the same size rubber. With my winter tires on factory wheels and 1” spacers I’ll just be slightly tucked in from yours and my 17x9” 20mm offset summer set will be just out about 1/2” more.
Stock height for now, level coming shortly.By the way @_Ian_, is your truck stock height or is it levelled at all?
Perfect, that means if you’re running that offset without rubbing then when I put the 1” spacers on before I level I should be good to go.Stock height for now, level coming shortly.
Yeah, they fit absolutely great and the Ford logos are really not visible at all. I’m glad I chose them. They look more “factory” than any other splash guards I’ve seen.Happy with the Ford molded ones.
I did have to adjust the crash bars (loosen, push forward and re-tighten), before doing that I had slight rubbing at full lock. Super easy to adjust though, two bolts and 5 minutes time.Perfect, that means if you’re running that offset without rubbing then when I put the 1” spacers on before I level I should be good to go.
Thank you sir!I did have to adjust the crash bars (loosen, push forward and re-tighten), before doing that I had slight rubbing at full lock. Super easy to adjust though, two bolts and 5 minutes time.
I got my set on eBay for under 100 dollars and it claims they are OEM Ford but IDK if they really are. They were easy to install but you do have to drill a few holes for the little black pop in thingies. All four also use one stock bolt on the bottom part of the fender are on there really solid. I am very pleased with them and although I still hear rocks hitting the truck but there are definitely less which was my main reason for getting them. I wanted fender flares but don't like the looks and they are super expensive.Just wondering if anyone had any good mud flap recommendations? There are some options but I was wondering what y’all thought?
I ordered the Ford Gatorback mud flaps and while pricey they are really strong and look awesome!!!I installed WeatherTech Mud Flaps on my Ranger.. good quality product. Here's a link to some previous threads on the topic.
Are WeatherTech mudflaps a good product?
mud flaps????
I was going to buy the Ford molded mud flaps.. but they have the oval and Ford labeling. Our trucks already have to much labeling as it is... if they hadn't had that, I would have bought them.
Thanks. Almost exactly the setup I’ll be running in the winter so it reinforces my choice to order the XL’s later this week! With the 1.5” spacers are your tires out past the wheel openings?+1 for the RokBlokz XL mud flaps. 2.25" leveling kit and 1.5" wheel spacers with stock wheels and tires, the shoulder tread of the tires are about 3/8" inside the mud flaps protection area. Will be very close when I mount my 285/70R17 Duratracs.
Looks like a Ranger..

I bought mine from Lasco Auto Parts as they had the best price with shipping.
Take care, Jim
Yup! I agree! Fit perfectly and look like great with the Ford Oval on the Rear Flaps.Happy with the Ford molded ones.

Yeah, I drove a 98 Ranger until someone rear-ended me at stopped at a light at 55MPH. I survived but the truck did not although the police officer said I would have died in a car...the bed provided distance from impact. So I really love the Ranger and am thrilled they brought it back!!!
Yes and no, the sidewalls do, but the tread just barely fits inside.Thanks. Almost exactly the setup I’ll be running in the winter so it reinforces my choice to order the XL’s later this week! With the 1.5” spacers are your tires out past the wheel openings?
