I installed the Weathertech ones also and am very happy with them...the install was fairly easy but did require some nimbleness...I'm a big fan of Top Coat F11 and I use it on everything including glass, plastic and rubber...it is very expensive but to me is worth it...

My Weather Techs come in Friday and I can't wait to get them on. Then I will be able to take off my exhaust pipe cover and repaint it. It has a sandblasted patina right now that doesn't work well with my OCD.

Am I just old or does no one believe in mud flaps any more? My 1984 Tacoma, 1989 Tacoma & 1999 Ranger all came with mud flaps. My 2019 XLT that I put a deposit on the other day doesn't have them & I noticed looking at the garage & various member's trucks that no one else seems to have then.
Having said that, does anyone have a recommendation for any particular brand?
Thanks
Al

Rockblokz. I like that they required no drilling and that they don't wrap around the fenders. Be sure to use loctite on the metal to metal fasteners. I can't remember the size but I'm happy with them so far.

I ordered the Weather Tech No Drill Mud Flaps ... haven't installed them yet, but, they look like pretty good quality.

Sorry for the bad quality, but here are the XL Rokblokz. If your wheels/tires sit any further in than mine then I would go with the normal size. Awesome quality though, 100% recommend!

Curious…what’s your offset on the wheels?

Here's what sixty miles of driving on Midwest post-snow country roads looks like. It was spotless pulling out, looking like this coming back. This is what it looks like with Rokblox XL on, so I can only imagine what it would look like without them.

Side note - Where's @AzScorpion when you need him and his detailing kit?

I remember mine looking like this when I lived back east, don't miss it at all. Now the only time it does it when I wash it like yesterday. ?

Legally in Arizona if you raise the stock ride height of the bumper more than 2" IIRC, then you are required to run mud flaps. Has to do with th amount of rocks on our roads that end up in windshields.

I just think that after cars and trucks being around for 100+ years, some one could do a better job of making them stylish AND functional AND durable.

We're old...and most OEM mud flaps are for decoration...that said, DIY...
