FordPass Reward Points - How do these work?

I bought an Expedition last fall and a Ranger in March. Ended up getting seat covers and a tailgate bike pad for the Ranger all with Rewards.

Its past my 30 day period, and my points still haven't populated. I've had to call escalations, still waiting.....

The Fordpass program is nice but seems very unorganized with a lot of dealers not knowing much about it. I was able to buy floor liners with my points so now I just get oil changes to keep them from expiring. Takes awhile to build up points though

Theres a form you can fill out in the FordPass app to request them.

Its kind of quirky. Its not really a "form" that sends your request to the service center.

Its putting in your selling dealer, selling date, and the last 8 of the Vin #. If a match comes, you are lucky.

i've called, and they assured me my points would be there April 13th. Not there yet.

My points were in literally in my account a few days after the purchase of my Ranger. I’m thinking of using it for a rear seat cover/protector, but Jeez that thing is almost $400 with tax.

Myself and many others got them almost instantly. I had mine before I drove it off the lot in December. I already has the app though with my FiST connected to it.

I got mine in a week. Used them locally for mud flaps and tailgate dampener. The dealership couldn't figure it out, gave me the parts, said they would charge it when they figured it out. 6 months went by and I still had them. I went to a different dealer and bought a swing case. They knew how to charge them. Haven't heard a word from the first dealer and that was a year ago.

My dealerships parts department charges the parts to service and let's the service department bill the points and me.

I'll just keep calling FORD everyday until they appear. But the 3 people I have spoken with so far do state there is a 30 day waiting period (for a new vehicle purchase).

Like Doug I already had the app from my F150. I'm wondering if you get your points faster because if that30 days isn't that bad of a wait though because I've heard some say it took several months.

Like most everything else in my life I had to sell a kidney to get the things added to my account. Somehow, somewhere in a galaxy far far away they had my VIN all screwed up. However, after working with Galactic High Poobah they got it all figured out.
