Now I have to wait another 30 days for them to "investigate" why my points didn't automatically add. TOTAL B/S.

Pretty sure the 12 months starts over when you add to them. They did some special delays due to COVID to give people more time to use them.I got a statement email about my balance saying I have till the end of the calendar year to use points earned prior to 2021? Has anyone else got this? I just got an oil change to keep my points balance alive for another 12 months but is that not how it works anymore?
It's my understanding that's how most of them do it. When I went to the first one they looked at me like I was speaking a different language. They never heard of the program. I keep waiting for them to figure it out and send me a bill, but nothing yet. If they do, I'll use my ford card and get more points haha. This is the same dealership though that was supposed to warranty me a shock 3 weeks ago. Their "service" isn't the best, and I'm likely done with them in the future. My dealerships parts department charges the parts to service and let's the service department bill the points and me.
At least you got something to show for dealing with them. It's my understanding that's how most of them do it. When I went to the first one they looked at me like I was speaking a different language.
