Can FordPass Rewards Points be redeemed on Fordparts.com?
Not at this time. FordParts.com doesn't currently integrate with the FordPass ecosystem.

Not sure if this applies to the other site I posted....though you may be able to order using your PayPal or Credit Card and since they don't charge the card until you pick up the item, I bet the dealer can redeem the points there too.

My dealer hasn't a clue on how to use them. I might go towards running boards.

100% yes. I keep receiver hitches, tie down straps, and things like that in it. Stuff that’s usually too dirty to go under the seat, and I’m out of room there anyway. It’s slim enough to not be intrusive, and if I need the space, it lifts right off.

Was there any issue walking into your Ford dealer and using the points to order the bed cargo box? I'd like to use my 42K for this as well.
