Fordpass down?

Hi guys is ur fordpass working? Mine says fordpass not responding try again later.....been doing it for about an hour?

I hit it on my phone last night and didn't connect. I got in the truck today and got a verbal message to connect the vehicle and then it cut off half way through when I put it in reverse. Trying to open the FP app now, and it's just spinning.

It must be, mine is just showing the Ford blue oval and won't open on my iPhone.

Edit: Now there's a wrench just spinning in circles and it timed out and went back to the log in page.

Interesting that my app is not working, but the functions still work using Siri Shortcuts.

I reported multiple issues to Ford last week with the latest ios app updates for multiple vehicles and multiple phones.
1. Cannot access Ford Protect/ESP info. App states Fordpass not responding.
2. App closes and restarts in background trying to access the warranty tab.
3. Vehicle page always says ‘Partial response received’ and wants me to refresh.

It's working for me. Well, sort of.

It opens up fails to complete a door lock command.

too bad it wasnt a fatal flaw and required a full re-do into something better.

The way Ford is with their tech/IT it would still be a mess.

Fordpass is actually pretty good. If u saw the Honda app you would be happy with the fordpass

That would be my guess, I rarely use mine but when I checked because of this thread it said I had to update first.
