Yeah....thats the new biggie recall over on the Expedition site. There's some chrome trim metal tape that covers a raised area on the center console that was apparently applied wrong causing it to bubble and detach. Problem is the tape is really thin chrome metal base tape and will cut your hand like a razor.
So because of $1.57 worth of defective trim tape, it is gonna cost Ford millions to fix.....
Yup, my Tank is gonna get a new console trip piece !!!

I spoke to my neighbors BF the other day, and they were not aware of the Bronco sport Recall. Glad I talked to him. With "supposedly" only 2000+ Sport models affected, probably ok, but with Ford, why risk it.
I always forget there's a Bronco Sport and always associate Bronco with the full size one. IMHO I think Ford messed up there and should've called the Sport something else like the Escape Sport. Especially when they came out before the full size one and many thought the Sport was it.

Less then 2000 miles since the last change and it's way up on the stick. What ever happened to synthetic being good for 10,000 miles. What a ecological nightmare. All trips are over 25 miles. Just did 150 miles yesterday and get this today.

Did you or whoever changed the oil last time forget to reset the oil life? That's the first thing I check when having mine done because a couple times I've found it not reset.

I just look at the Ford app and see what the oil life is and go by that.

Yep, The dealer always resets it. Wonder if there's an over fill sensor as the level rises. Or maybe a fuel sniffer because it stinks like gas.

11 months. I usually go a year and have never run out of oil life before. I'm looking for something with a V8 next.
