Hit up Frank too. Worth every penny. I could get more power with a different tuner, but I didn't need more power, I wanted better drivability. Worked great. I'm very happy with this tune.

So have the Ford Performance Tune?
Does it improve take off with less turbo lag... Also, what about shift points... smoother? Do you now or expect to tow a trailer?

Did you add CAI... Catback Exhaust?

Turbo lag isn’t really affected. You’d need a different turbo, or exhaust, to improve that. shifting is better. It’s all around smoother. I don’t tir tir tow, and have no plans to tow.

I have the Mishimito snorkel and the k&n filter. I also have the MBRP turndown exhaust.

Why are you asking about towing? Since the 2021 update it is tow friendly.

Interesting, reading the page again the tune is only 49 state legal for the 2022 model, but 50 state for 2019-2021.

This is a single output, and a catback exhaust.

So if you buy it from Stage 3 or other sources and take it to Ford to install or an ASE cert mechanic, warranty still good?

you don’t need to haveFord install it, it just plugs in and you’re done

to keep the warranty you do… I took it to a diy auto shop, where they have a mechanic on staff who can help you, if needed. I called ford performance and they said the an invoice showing the assisted me with the install was enough to keep my warranty. My shop charged me $25 for it because, I’m his words, I “didn’t make him crawl around on his old ass knees”.
