The not compatible with parking sensors and ACC is the killer.

Obviously you can relocated the ACC sensor, but the sensors are a deal breaker. What a shame.

Also it is made in Thailand.

Verses what? Everything from gucci light bars to off-road wheels are made in China.

My RTR stuff is from China...

I think RCI is the only after-market products on my truck that were actually manufactured in the USA would be my guess.

There are plently of US offroad fab shops who produce their parts in the US.

Sure of course. By the way, what kind of phone and TVs do you have in your home? Just curious.

(Don't answer, of course I am being facetious....)
What point are you trying to make?

Comparing consumer electronics to custom off-road parts is apples to oranges.

"Cause I buy American!" until you don't...

That is my point.

I learned a long time ago I don't care the point of origin as long as the product works.

Hey Alec,

I’m not sure if you knew this but the predecessors to our 5g and upcoming 6g Rangers, the Aussie Ranger, are also made in Thailand. Ford has a large plant there. Thailand is also known for modding the pants of those ROW Rangers - not always in a way you or I might like but there’s a lot of aftermarket mfg there for the AsiaPac market.

So, yeah, Thai folks can operate a CNC Hydro Jet Cutter or handle a plasma torch as well as the next guy. You’d be surprised. Labour costs are cheap AF but the quality should be there. ?

"Instruction sheet not included?" WTH? They're making it so only the dealer can install it? I don't want to pay them for anything I can do myself ?
That's not what it says. It says not available. Other Ford Performance parts on that website have PDF instructions available. I don't think it's available yet so they have nothing to post. I don't see why it wouldn't come with paper instructions. Every other part I've ordered from them does.

Let us know how it turns out. I'm a little worried since Ford specifies it wont work with parking sensors
They're very adamant on that front too...I looked up the installation manual on the ford performance page and despite the images in it showing parking sensors and the adaptive cruise sensor, the front page states it won't work with either
