Transmission issues on this truck do suck, would be nice if Ford had better customer service handling, knowing it's a widespread issue. A blanket customer satisfaction plan would be ideal, especially if the truck made it this far without a fix. However, that likely wouldn't sit well with the shareholders. The transmission was actually the main reason I bought a 100k mile/10-year extended warranty, and the dealer threw in a lifetime powertrain warranty, so I'll probably get to test that third-party warranty eventually, though likely not for another 5+ years.

It's a 5-year-old vehicle; how often have you applied wax or a similar product after washing it to protect the clear coat? Paint and clear coat aren't guaranteed for life, but with proper owner maintenance, they can last a long time. My RS's paint has been on for over 10 years and still looks new, minus a recent door ding. No issues with the Cyber Orange on my '21 Ranger either. Following the initial paint curing time, I've apply finish protection 1-2 times a year.

We just sold both of our jeeps. 2022 Wrangler and 2023 gladiator, whatever you do, do not buy a Jeep if you want any quality. And the Chevy truck motors are all breaking down. That’s a fact. The Toyota motors a couple of years ago did that too! A lot of lemons out there.

Are you talking about the paint on the roof or the black metal trim piece that runs along both sides of the roof?

Good lord... The horrific spelling, grammar and punctuation makes this thread unreadable and lends NO credibility to your complaints or arguments....

I have owned many trucks over my 60 years, this is the most fun I have had, 60k on it and only had the lower hose fail at 15k and a tie rod end... not the trucks fault Shitty new york roads.
and I really abuse this thing and put it away wet, hell I dont even change the oil LOL havent opened the hood in 40K to see if it has oil, I hope the light comes on if its low?
its odds, look at any and every product on Amazon they all have 3% to 4% one star
