Final Edit, for those curious of a fix: Bought the Forscan-approved OBDII reader, bought Forscan, scanned, and it was in fact that front left wheel speed/ABS sensor. It said it had a ground fault. Truck was fine to drive still while I waited for the new sensor to come in.

Originally was going to buy from Ford OEM Parts Online, the exact model number replacement (here) (KB3Z-2C205-A) for around $72, but took a chance on A-Premium "Front Driver ABS Wheel Speed Sensor for Ford Ranger 2019-2023" (here) for only $20.99. I figured it would either be an easy $20 replacement or a $90-$100 replacement, but I wasn't pressed on time. A-Premium said it replaces the part numbers "ALS3198, KB3Z2C205A, BRAB521, 5S17301". Note that if you buy from A-Premium, it did NOT come with an o-ring for the sensor portion, and you'll have to remove the o-ring from your original and put it on. Another note, I'm not advising people to buy the cheaper sensor, I'm just letting others know that it did indeed work.

Tested the new sensor by loading up Forscan, clearing the codes and rescanning. No codes, so I turned the truck fully on and received no more error dialogs and tested to see if I could enable/disable cruise control, which I could. With that, I installed the sensor properly, torqued down the two bolts and wheel back on, test drove; no errors, ACC worked and braked correctly, everything seems normal.

OP below:

I just installed the Eibach Stage 2 lift/level kit and 99% of it went great. However, I unplugged the battery beforehand (disconnected the positive) and then once I was finished with the suspension, reconnected it. I made sure that the positive terminal was not touching the leads I took off during the suspension install.

The truck runs great suspension-wise (after getting an alignment), but all of my systems have faults when I start the truck: ABS, collision avoidance, terrain management, park assist, cruise control, etc.

I read online that I might have shorted something accidentally, I did take a multimeter to the fuse box but found everything was still good. The 20A's didn't seem to have terminals so I did not check those though.

I'm wondering if someone else has run into this, or if I need to somehow reset everything or if I shorted something or what.

EDIT: This post says that all of those systems tie together, so is it likely I disconnected a brake sensor or something?

Wheel speed sensor most likely. Only thing that you might disconnect installing a suspension kit.

Make sure you didn't pinch anything and that the plugs are fully seated.

Thanks. I have the shop manual and found the front/back wheel sensor PDFs, so I'll give it a try tomorrow and see what I can see.

Did you re-connect your Electronic Power Assist Steering wiring harnesses after your install?

hello hopefully this will help , Do you have adaptive cruise control ? If you do did you recalibrate the forward faceing camera and radar . if not you will need to anytime you lift or lower from factory height . you can do this yourself using Forscan .

PS I had the same issues when I leveled my 2023 tremor . recalibrating using Forscan fixed the issues with faults popping up randomly. I also had a bad connector to the computer located in the passenger side kick panel it would lose com with the other on board cpu's and cause a terrain management fault the dealer found and repaired it under warranty Hope this helps

Thanks for the reply, and yes, I do have ACC.

Is the fact that ACC is not calibrated correctly throwing all of my errors? Or is this just an "after the fact" note that I do need to recalibrate?

I know it sounds crazy that all those faults would be an issue from leveling your truck , but I had the same thing happen to me my dash would light up like a Christmas tree . I took it to the dealer they said they would recalibrate the camera and radar but could not do it cause of snow on the ground . so I used forscan you can you tube it . for instructions you will need forscan down loaded on a windows / laptop ,you will drive your truck on a road that has good painted white/yellow lines must stay above 40 mph it calibrates as you drive it will let you know when calibraten is complete. the forscan program will show you where to measure from the top of the front fenders to to ground to get the new height that you will enter before starting the recalibration I know it sounds like a lot but its not check it out on YouTube . or have a shop or dealer perform it.

yes this is a must do if you lift your truck if you have ACC. I leveled my ranger tremor 2 inch front 1 inch back. had no issues intill I leveled my truck . then started having faults popping up I would shut the truck off and restart and 9 out of 10 times it would run fine until faults popped back up took to two different dealers second dealer suggested the recalibrate but could not do it at the time cause of weather conditions
