Final Edit, for those curious of a fix: Bought the Forscan-approved OBDII reader, bought Forscan, scanned, and it was in fact that front left wheel speed/ABS sensor. It said it had a ground fault. Truck was fine to drive still while I waited for the new sensor to come in.
Originally was going to buy from Ford OEM Parts Online, the exact model number replacement (here) (KB3Z-2C205-A) for around $72, but took a chance on A-Premium "Front Driver ABS Wheel Speed Sensor for Ford Ranger 2019-2023" (here) for only $20.99. I figured it would either be an easy $20 replacement or a $90-$100 replacement, but I wasn't pressed on time. A-Premium said it replaces the part numbers "ALS3198, KB3Z2C205A, BRAB521, 5S17301". Note that if you buy from A-Premium, it did NOT come with an o-ring for the sensor portion, and you'll have to remove the o-ring from your original and put it on. Another note, I'm not advising people to buy the cheaper sensor, I'm just letting others know that it did indeed work.
Tested the new sensor by loading up Forscan, clearing the codes and rescanning. No codes, so I turned the truck fully on and received no more error dialogs and tested to see if I could enable/disable cruise control, which I could. With that, I installed the sensor properly, torqued down the two bolts and wheel back on, test drove; no errors, ACC worked and braked correctly, everything seems normal.
OP below:
I just installed the Eibach Stage 2 lift/level kit and 99% of it went great. However, I unplugged the battery beforehand (disconnected the positive) and then once I was finished with the suspension, reconnected it. I made sure that the positive terminal was not touching the leads I took off during the suspension install.
The truck runs great suspension-wise (after getting an alignment), but all of my systems have faults when I start the truck: ABS, collision avoidance, terrain management, park assist, cruise control, etc.
I read online that I might have shorted something accidentally, I did take a multimeter to the fuse box but found everything was still good. The 20A's didn't seem to have terminals so I did not check those though.
I'm wondering if someone else has run into this, or if I need to somehow reset everything or if I shorted something or what.
EDIT: This post says that all of those systems tie together, so is it likely I disconnected a brake sensor or something?
