Do I need Injection Cleaning Done on my Ranger?

I put this off on my last oil change. Sitting at a touch below 39k miles. Any additional thoughts?

It wouldn't hurt to clean the injectors, but the induction cleaning would be a great idea

FWIW. Some earlier posts asked for pics of Ranger intake valves. When I had my HPFP replaced I asked if the tech could grab a couple pics of the intake valves. 28K miles

Walnut blasting for the back of the valves. A can (or two) of fuel injection cleaner like Chevron Techroline or Royal Purple every oil change.

Direct Injection makes it fun where the fuel injection cleaner won't help the valves. That is where the induction service comes in and you don't have to walnut blast the valves. The. Again I have yet to see a shop do walnut blasting
