Yeah, you got to wonder how long this would go unnoticed.
Until the floor started showing signs of cracks or just collapsed. Those aren't just notched out they're completely cut through along with the drain line to the left. Lord knows what the rest of the plumbing through the crawl space looks like but I'm guess the same.

Some folks are lazy and cut corners. My new home first task, crawl under the house and look for issues. Found several:

2x4's connected to floor joists and angled at 45 degrees into the dirt! Prime termite interstate! Left over when footers and joist laid out!

Water pipes no insulated! It was raining under there! Condensation was forming on all the lines. In the humid south it is a must to keep mold and termites under control. Took the bride and myself 3 hours to cover all the water lines.

Inexpensive and easy work that should have been done by the builder.

There were more but these were the most important.

I bet he never made around the aisle to the exit without popping one of the roof racks off,

Even if he had a straight shot home, it also has to be super flat.

Good thing the instructor had Nina like reflexes or he'd have been decapitated! :ninja:

He also burned his hand pretty good when he touched the hot barrel after trying to slow it down from spinning. That's going to leave a mark! But I'd rather have that than lose my head. Glad everyone was alive and ok in the end. :whew:

When I went through basic training, we had this one guy (I'm sure every cycle had one ) that always seemed to do dumb stuff. We were doing grenade training and the dumbass pulled the pin, but dropped the grenade and threw the pin. All we see is the instructor and the dude flying out of the bunker. The bunker was purposely built for that situation so no injuries, just some bruises from being flying tackled lol. Said he was told to throw with his right even though he was left handed...or something like that .

Early reports are that this gent may have just been in the wrong place at the wrong time , might serve as a warning to those who intentionally get too close to wildlife. He suffered serious injuries

https://www.cnn.com/2026/07/13/us/video/bison-tosses-man-into-the-air-at-yellowstone-vrtc
I saw that earlier and you're right this guy didn't actually do anything wrong. He was apparently walking on a trail and stopped at a safe respectful distance. He was just at the wrong place at the wrong time and the Bison was having a bad day and went after him for no reason. Pretty brutal and sad because there's so many jackasses who try to get close to get pictures and this poor guy did the right thing (or so he thought he did) by staying away.

Yeah, it may have been other people before trying to close that pissed it off.
