I'm a little too old and busted up to race now... my last 2 crashes happened at 130 and 140 mph. And the younger people have far less fear than me. I don't ride as much on the street because of the stress of doing so, but I still do anyway just because it's in my blood. 2 wheels for life you know. Heck it runs in the family. Here's my Grandpa on his 1936 Harley. RIP gramps. No I get it and one reason I stoped riding on the streets. Everyone now is so preoccupied with their darn phones and/or weaving in and out of traffic it wasn't much fun for me anymore. When I first started riding my friend told me you'll have days where you're so tired and drained mentally. At first I didn't know what the heck he was talking about but then it made sense. You're concentrating so much on everyone else and what's around you that it's mentally draining. I still kept my motorcycle license and there are times I wish I still had a bike because we have some really nice areas to ride out here. Maybe one day I'll get another one but it's not high on the list right now.
