I placed an order. I have used blind spot mirrors on all 5 autos I have owned but not my Ranger until I saw these. Pricey but might keep me from a fender bender one day.

Long time lurker and new member. Have learned some great information so far and finally have something to share.
Have a 2020 Lariat with BLIS and wanted spot mirrors for parking, changing lanes and light towing. Got the typical round ones but everything was really far away, which had me thinking about swapping to the base model mirrors with the built in ones.

Then I saw these stick on ones made for the Ranger and it seemed like a perfect solution. They just came in and so far I’m very pleased.

The view is much improved, they fit nice, are made in the USA and are really nice quality. Pricey, but I feel definitely worth it at only about 12 bucks more than the first set.

Also came with a referral discount FordUser15 https://nxtgenautomotive.com/ford-extended-view-mirrors/

Daymn!
3 Years, and I thought I was done buying stuff for this truck!
But, I like these and really do think they're worth doing.
Thanks for posting the info.
Ordered today.
(Judging from replys in this thread, you should have bought stock in that company before posting!)

Looks like they got another customer! Use that code!!! FordUser15 think that’s how many of us have pulled the trigger on these! ? Very much appreciate the tip. They will come in handy. Now if it would only warm up to get the adhesive to bind nice! Oh honey! Where’s the hair dryer? ?

Placed my order this morning and received a shipping notice and tracking number this afternoon. Installation will have to wait until summer, too cold in northeast Ohio for a few more months.

+1 to NXTGEN, you just don’t see customer service like this anymore and thank you @Lift_The_Truck for posting.

This post talked me into upgrading my little WalMart mirrors so I placed my order late yesterday afternoon, 24hrs later shipping confirmations was sent.

Then I realized I forgot the discount code, so I replied to their shipping email and within a hour they credited my PayPal account with the discount!

Awesome!!

When I found them online I didn't have a discount code until after I got them, but I'm happy everyone else has taken advantage!! ??

In all seriousness, I own a handyman and metal fab business myself and this company just resonated. Seemed like a good American small business and I'm glad that has turned out to be the case.

For those looking for a less expensive alternative:
I ended up getting these, since they were adjustable, and half the price.
They're still on the outer mirror edge, so they can be angled down and back, to see the rear wheels if desired.
Note: i flipped them upside down and swapped L to R from how they show in the image, so they live on the bottom outer corners, vs the top corners.

The fit is not as exact, but quite good. I'm pleased with how it looks and performs.

Options are good! For me this was the exact type of cheap Chinese stuff I was looking to keep off the truck. Did that on round one and learned my lesson. The first circular mirrors were about the same price as yours. Better than nothing but comparatively garbage vs the NXTGEN. The price difference between the two for something I know will last many years with the NXTGEN… my wife can do that in one Starbucks outing ??‍♂ ( she has issues) So for that relatively small amount I’m gonna keep it ?? and support small business ?

Hmmm, I guess I have a different experience. I've kept mirrors like these on without issue, for >10 years. Agreed on the advantage of small business support though :)
( The NXTGEN doesn't tilt though, so that was one point in favor of the link i posted... )

Ive never heard of 3M VHB but the stuff is crazy. It is not The foam based tape I’ve become accustomed to over the years with accessories. It is a solid piece of adhesive, which is clear and somewhat gel like. It is some impressively sticky stuff, almost like what’s in a mouse trap.

They have a link to instructions on the package, it shows to clean the mirrors with alcohol and then shoot these with a little heat. My fingers would come off before these probably.
I have some of that same 3m and it is sticky the warmer the parts (and clean) the better it sticks. Only spot I have to reattach it once in a great while is a small pad on the face of the textured dash, it's a plastic wire managing clip for my phone charger. It doesn't care for the textured face of the dash below the ac vent. I've cleaned it with denatured alcohol many times.
