Thanks for the response. I am going to return my order and get the other part. I tested both sides and no noise or issue changing temps. Mine makes a noise when I turn off the the entire ac/heat system and I can here it from above the glove box.

So far I have not left the phone behind. I have a magsafe wallet magnetically attached to my sun visor. My habits are to always look up grab that and attach it to my iphone and put it in my pocket when exiting the truck.

I have one of these also but just the magsafe connector plate and no charger. I like that it did not block the vent but the usb cable wire was always in the way of the ac/heat controls.

There is an app on IOS called Voice in a Can. You connect it to your Alexa account and can use it in your iPhone or Apple Watch to give Alexa commands. It works with the ford pass app so it can be used on the go to start your truck.

I think I read awhile back you can only do remote start from the app so many times in a row and then it will require you to use your key or push button start. Mine works 98% of the time so I am pretty happy with it.

I will stick with my 2020. I like the look of the front more than the 6G. I also got $6k off the sticker before the chip shortage. I don’t think that could happen with the 6G.

From what I have researched there is not a factory replacement part # for a usb-c/usb-a module. All are aftermarket. The faceplate on the Ford Explorer module is smaller than the current one on the 5g ranger. Am I correct?

I had drive shaft replaced due to a bad bearing and a new fuel pump. All that within the first 10,000 miles. I am near 25000 now and no issues since.

I have not used turfskinz but I have tvdvinyldecals.com they are the magnetic color and to me I can hardly tell the color difference between the decals and my rear bumper/wheels.

Well I got an iOS update and then the popup was gone but it did not go away for several days of use before that happened.
