You will get like a $10 credit for an oil change and the law firm will get 10 million in "fees".Just send me my money. I have some mods to carry out

Damn right the only one who'll win will be the shyster lawyersYou will get like a $10 credit for an oil change and the law firm will get 10 million in "fees".
Mine meets and often exceeds EPA ratingswhat is this cheat device, and can GM and Dodge buy it too? Can I buy shares into the company? looks like an investment I should partake in.
the whole lawsuit seems smoke and mirrors to me and while every effort is made by a manufacture, to determine a consistent and accurate vehicle mileage rating, anyone with a brain (excluding Mr Floyd and the lawyers) understands the real world values are different.
Check ... maybe you have an old registration laying around!Funny thing on how these class actions work.
My son bought a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra with a class action case due to MPGs.
Last week I received a $20.41 gift card as the settlement. In order to activate the gift card, you must have the last 5 digits of the VIN#. After 6 years, I don't have that VIN#. I imagine some others won't too.
$20.41 and the lawyers got millions.
Yup.Hope someone from Ford is watching this forum I think there's a lot of us here that would testify that we're extremely happy with or MPG's
Me either. Very happy with mpg!100% agree that I hope Ford is watching. I’m totally satisfied with my fuel mileage and don’t feel I deserve to be compensated for anything.
Lawyers.So what's the issue?
