Well....I kind of been lurking here for awhile, but this finally happened to me.

Was waiting in traffic for a few minutes, all of sudden the truck lurches forward and continued to do so despite my increased pressure on the brakes. Smacked into the vehicle in front of me. Put it in to park and my truck was still shaking/vibrating. Turned my vehicle off and then upon restart I had an engine light. This should be interesting taking it to the dealer tomorrow when it opens.
Keep us posted!

Well...none of the dealers have appointments till May 3rd. Gonna buy a camera and see if I can replicate this issue. Hopefully I don't die.

I think I have this problem. I'm glad I found this thread, because I thought I was once again imagining things (like with the low-speed shudder [still not fixed - TSB 20-2277] and the rough running / buck after cold start [still not fixed - 20-2339]).

2019 Lariat FX4 with 23,000 miles. I started noticing it a few weeks back. Noticeable at lower speeds (20-35 MPH) when accelerating slightly or maintaining speed with the gas pedal. At first I thought I was just hitting bumps. Or, more like big cracks in the pavement, hence the very slight "bucking" feeling which I think is an apt description. I checked my tire pressure, thinking maybe the dealer put too much air in the tires after my last service (they did.... 36 PSI instead of 30), but airing down didn't solve the problem. After that, I figured the engine was missing a bit. Doesn't happen at all at highway speeds. Does that sound like this problem?

Nice of Ford to raise the price of the part from $15 to nearly $50. I assume it's the original OEM part and hasn't had the fault fixed? Does anyone know the size of the ear clamp required to put the hose on properly? Or, does LB5Z9J433B now come with the hoses clamped on with the ear clamp and new spring clamps? Is the far end of both hoses hard to get to?

Mine seems to do it once I clear a school zone. The fix... Boot it. Then I look like a major asshole. So for now I deal with it being grumpy accelerating from 20 at a reasonable rate. Summer is almost here anyway.....

Bring to dealer. Show this website. Insist on checking on DPFE fault code

Kind of a shitty update, but its mostly inconclusive. The guys at the dealer couldn't find any issues regarding the random acceleration while the vehicle was at a stop. They ran the engine code and the only thing they found was an issue with the gas tank system. Something about the purge valve being clogged in the gas system? Seems unlikely that they are related.

The guys at the dealer had it for 3 days and they put a fair amount of time into checking it apparently. The couldn't find any issues which is what I expected, kinda hard to replicate this issue I think... I haven't driven my truck a lot, 2019 with 16kms driven but I never had an issues up till now. They ended up replacing the purge valve and I got another engine light on start up a day later. Looks like the same gas system issue according to the Ford Pass.

I was braked at the light for a few minutes and I have weathertech form fitting mats so its unlikely that I had something catch on the accelerator while stationary. I think its unlikely that I shifted enough to hit the gas either since I had my foot firmly on the brake for several minutes without moving without the truck doing anything. What a headache. Haven't had any recurrence of the issue but its always gonna be on the back of my mind. Plus I gotta go through insurance for the damage the truck did when I hit the guy in front of me and my own truck's bumper replacement. They don't have another appointment till May 27th. Ugh.

Had a bucking/slight miss around the 25mph-50mph range while feathering the gas pedal. No CEL would come on but it was similar to a coil pack going bad. Replaced part# LB5Z9J433B EGR vacuum CONTROL. VALVE - EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATE and during the test drive it seemed to remedy the issue. Very easy to replace. Took about 10-15 minutes. Will keep you all updated as the days go.
