It has been a few months since I have received a Vehicle Health Report and can’t figure out how to re-enable them.
I checked the FordPass iOS app and I found that under Service > Vehicle Health Reports > Schedule Reports, the slider was off. I never turned it off. I turned it back on and set a frequency of 1 Month and saved it. If I go back in to schedule reports, it is off again. If I repeat these steps, it keeps turning off.
I have logged out and back in to the FordPass app with no change. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the application with no change.
I also logged into the Ford owner site to check on this and there is no longer any mention of these health reports in my dashboard.
Has this service been discontinued without notice for 2019 Rangers?
