I will read through it. Thank you.

I did actually think about taking it to a driveline shop here in Vegas. There's a well respected shop here in Vegas that's known for quality work. Wouldn't hurt getting their opinion. The only reason I didn't think too much on this before, is because when the truck was stock the vibration was almost non-existent. I do have the vibration that almost every ranger has though when taking off from a dead stop though, even when it was stock.
I didn't read through the whole thread but it does sound like the issues you're having. Plus I'm wondering if the 3" lift/level is adding to it? I know others have used this and maybe the answer is within that thread. Hope it helps.

So I read through the entire thing lol... I am going to try adding shims to the center carrier today after work as mentioned on that thread and see if it helps.

I had that same problem with my 2014 Mustang GT. My limit was 65. A Mustang that can't go over 65mph is a serious problem. Took it to the dealer 3 times. They said the tires were balanced. I tried a new tire and oil change shop that just opened with all new equipment and they got it the first time. Tires balance was off.

Have you checked the the drive shaft/pinion angle? I'd also wonder about the carrier bearing for the 2 piece drive shaft.

You need to check the working angle of the 2 piece driveline, the working angle should be 1-3 degrees if I remember correctly. Most likely the problem is in the rear drive shaft/Pinion angle esp. if the vehicle is lifted. Correction is done by shimming the center support and or using a tapered shim/s on the rear axle/leaf spring mounting. It's been years since I had to do any measuring of the driveline/diff for vibrations issues as usually they are within specs from the factory.

Thank you! I’m thinking the same thing. I’m either going to lower the front next weekend to the 2.25” setting (I’m 3” right now), which I kinda don’t want to do. Or I was thinking about adding a 1” block to the rear. Do you think this will help?
I did a little experiment in the garage and lifted the rear of the truck from the tow hitch by an itch. Crawled underneath and the driveshaft did seem a lot more straight than it currently sits.

If your rear suspension is at stock height, just figure out the working angles of the driveline, front and back to make sure you are within the 1-3 degrees. If ok leave it alone as your issue could be elsewhere.

I do not know how the Ranger 4wd system works, but if you raised the front end, perhaps the working angle of the front driveline is too great? I'm not even sure if you have a 4wd or if the front driveline isn't in the picture in 2wd.

I've had no problems with mine. Sounds like they still may be out of balance.

Have a reputable shop in your area do a " road force balance " .
I was going to say the same thing [Road Force Balance] - I've had others try to balance my tires with the standard machine but vibrations above say 50 MPH have always been a tire balance issue that is correct with a good company, using a Road Force Balancing machine.

So this weekend I took a 300 trip to my dad’s house and towed a car back for him, a 2007 Corolla using a tow dolly from U-Haul. The truck handled great as far as pulling, even through hill, however the ride was miserable!!! Severe shaking at anything over 65. I get vibration with these tires normally but have been managing, but this was insane. I had aired up to 40 as well.

When I get to my dads town, I had a local shop balance all the tires, they said they were a little off but nothing too bad.

Fast forward to my trip back, on the rougher, not as well kept sections of the highway my ride was miserable again. Anything over 70 and truck would vibrate. Everything in my seats, including rear seats was shaking. No load this time.

I’ve had these tires balanced 3 times now and same issue.

I don’t think it’s the truck and here’s why, when I bought it new, with the stock 18” STX rims and Hankook tires I took it on a 500 trip and the ride was great.

Mods: Aside from these tires: 17” Ford Sport rims, eibach front struts set at 3”.

alignment is perfect and been verified.

My only conclusion is the tires, unless the front lift somehow screwed things up.

I had Discount tire road force balanced, 2 where perfect ans 2 had to be rotated on the wheel a bit and then they balanced fine. Couldn't be happier
