I wonder how this truck is doing, (well over 125k miles)? It had oil changes at 15k, which may suggest that on a healthy engine you may not need to change oil/filter so often.

Just had the engine oil changed for the 4th time at local best Ford dealer in Phx. Got it home and immediately found it was leaking oil. Took a look and wiped out the small filter drain collector, thinking it may be residue from oil change. Continued to leak, actually was dripping off the...
Very True- often when we put together sound systems with existing wiring and unproven phase, we use a very simple procedure of listening to ONE channel using balance or gain control, listening to the other channel, and when you go back to 2 channels you will notice either 2x the bass or a...
Having been in the audio business for 50 years, to think that you can replace a woofer with some "better woofer" and have it sound better than the factory install is a shot in the dark. Go back to the original woofer. I can say that the sound of the factory XLT system is quite good, with good...
I felt the same way coming in over curbs. Now that my truck has 18k, it seems greatly reduced. I am not sure how anyone can say that installing stiffer shocks will help this. I believe it is the spend money and be a believer. Will the truck feel different with stiffer shocks? no doubt-but...

I am still waiting on all the other vehicles with same- left me stranded concerns.
I still cringe at the look of a Jeep Gladidontownit.
New chevys look nice but,
Tell truck of the year story to the hundreds with dead batteries on their new chevys and gmc- which left them stranded.

Good Point.
I had a 2006 Honda Pilot superb car which had the factory extended warranty. Nearly everytime I took it in for a oil change they came back and said fixed AC problem, fixed main seal, happened maybe 4 times. Got it back the same day with no delays. Apparantly they could R&R main seal...
That is how they got 2nd place in CR midsize truck by way of OWNERS reports? 6 points higher than the 3rd place taco, and the jeep was nearly off the charts.(low) NOT one issue with mine after 3.5 years.

you do not want to use anything other than recommended oil. There is a reason they use this very thin or low viscous oil. And it has to do with much higher tollerances within motor and turbo.
We used to load f-100 pickups with fertilizer bags above the sides on a 8 foot box, was about 3000lbs. I had a construction boss load a ranchero with lumber hanging 8 feet out of box and drive it 55 miles, regularly, it was a very heavy wet load of about a ton.
I have loaded other pickups well...
Mine has had the battery warning for 6 months and I am in Az. It is kept in the garage, and does have AC which may add to it life. But I was wondering if others are having this same message, without further problems.
That is amoung the dumbest things I have ever seen. Furthermore if you watch his explaination of terminal velosity from a 19 foot lift- he clearly knows nothing about the acceleration of gravity.
