Don't hit deer with tour motorcycle.
Do put it down if you do and it is injured. With the 9mm.
I hope i am clear enough this time.

No, you are not clear. You are not making any sense. Your sentence structure is confusing. What the heck are you saying?

As I was told by the owner of the car dealership where I worked many years ago, "If you think about it, the deer is probably the softest thing you'll hit." In other words, don't swerve to miss a deer and hit a tree, guardrail, etc.
Also, if you drive into a tree it's your fault. If you hit a deer that's an act if god.

I hit a bat on my motorcycle doing 70 on a twisty road at dusk. Felt like a softball pitch to the chest. The bat bounced off and went like a bat to hell?

In PA many insurance policies have a zero deductible for animal strikes. The number of dead deer you see on the side of the road in the Pittsburgh suburbs is insane.

So, is it just a coincidence that Deer Hunter was set in Clairton, PA, a suburb of Pittsburgh? ? ?

I should mention that early on some people here and elsewhere gave me shit for disconnecting my electric tailgate lock. Around here the wildlife is a much bigger hazard than tweakers who would sell your tailgate for scrap.
Forgive the ignorance, but I'm not seeing the connection between the lock & wildlife. Genuine question, what am I missing here?

I think the connection is between the lock and the tweakers. Hitting wildlife might cost more in damage than the price of replacing a tailgate an addict could easily steal because the lock was disconnected. Frankly, until joining this forum, I didn’t even know that was a thing.

Maybe the junkies in the GTA are too lazy to lug a big, heavy tailgate to the local body shop for a few bucks.

its not just the tailgates anymore either...taillights go with them.
