I am likely the most anti drunk driver person anyone will ever meet. I think anyone who is guilty of dui is a shit bag and deserves the harshest punishment... However, cops coming into ones home and doing breathe test etc. seems a lil bit crazy. I assume the fuzz would have to have a way to prove the person was driving recently etc??

Yes, but only when Martial Law is declared, which is usually the second Monday of every month unless it’s a stat holiday, then it would be deferred by two days.
