Mine, too, will hopefully be replaced under my extended warranty. Shop notified me today that they are waiting to hear back from the warranty company. 89k miles total. It's disappointing, to say the least, but if the warranty comes through, I shouldn't have to worry about it again.

Before something goes wrong which costs lots of $$$$, I am going to sell mine. 2021 extra cab 44k mis.
Don't blame ya. I am getting options lined up in case I start having symptoms. Been looking at local '24 inventory. I was looking into AAMCO today. Might drop in sometime and get some more insight. Probably cheaper than the dealer. But avoiding being without a vehicle would be good.

AAMCO still exists?

I'd rather Billy-Bob rebuild mine in a dirt floor shed.

2020 Ranger 37,000 miles - Transmission began noticeable slipping at 30-35 mph.

Performed TSB 24-2101 and failed for harsh 3-5 shift. After rebuilding valve body still failed for harsh 3-5 shift. Identified CDF drum failure - cylinder sleeve had moved and burnt F clutches.

After this, road test found vehicle shudder - torque converter shudder at 128 rpm. Replaced torque converter.

Vehicle seems okay for now.

Total time in Manassas VA Ford dealer - 6+ weeks (1 week for Christmas/New Year). Initial issue was identified in first week. Truck sat for 5 weeks before they could start repair.

Covered under extended warranty with loaner but not a good experience for future Ford purchases.
Can I ask what this shudder is like?

That's from the work order. I didn't have the Ranger back to drive.

I find it funny when the commercial for a third-party extended warranty featuring Ice Tea warns how a transmission replacement could cost $3000. I am thinking, damn, what a bargain!

THIS sort of SHIT is disgusting. While my 2022 Lariat / Tremor (Everything on it build, except for the “deleted” stuff I had to add myself) only has 9.5k miles on it. And…. So far is fine. It outta be. But I have ZERO faith in my (first ever FORD, you know the “Built FORD Tough”) FORD. No modern vehicle should have any transmission issues even in 100k miles. None of my other vehicles ever did.

If I were at the point your are, and others are, I’d have a lawyer absolutely.
You should look at Toyota and GM. Don't forget good old crappy Ram. None of them can make a vehicle worth a damn. With a 2022 that only has 9,500 miles on it, I would just drive it and enjoy it while you can. If you chose to sell it down the road, then do that and get the next vehicle.
