Did I mention I left my straps at home? (I went to Home Depot for some lightbulbs!) ?. So however that thing would sit un-tethered the most stable was the way I was going!any reason why you didnt leave it upright on the wheels? was it too long, or were you worried it would roll out??
Upright would have been a higher COG and it was wobbly enough even on its side. Also, the wheels would not have fit into the bed floor "rails", making it really off-kilter and even more unstable. I wanted a nice flat side against a nice flat floor.
I took corners a bit slower than normal, but otherwise, it worked out fine (probably didn't hurt that it weighed A LOT)
