HA! More like Godzilla! Yep frame stretch it is. Decided I wanted a single joint stretch using original FoMoCo body mounts so I bought a Single Cab chassis today to go with the tub. My original Supercab tub had the bed hooks but I swapped it out for one without hooks just for appearance.

Yep, bed hooks. I wish mine didn't have them most of the time - just too damn ugly! I tend to use the inside hooks for the metal ends of ratchet straps and then loop the flat fabric webbing around the outside hooks to avoid damage.

I just found out that the fabricator has broken his ankle so there may be a slight unforeseen delay. I have to tow a car trailer 8 hrs south to drop a car off to a coach builder in the next two weeks so I wasn't going to get the stretch done until after that anyway. Such is life.

A bit of a travesty but my daughters named my truck LAMB. This came about because I was looking at upgrading to a Ram 1500 as it is the only full size pickup dealer imported her in Australia. When I bought the Ranger instead the started calling it LAMB, which is short for Little Ram. ?
