I haven't looked at the oil cooler closely, but if has engine coolant as part of that cooling system, the transmission fluid will generally match engine temp.when i was looking at the data from pro cal mine seemed to run about 210 for casual sunday driving. I dont know if thats how for a transmission or not? something about the ULV fluid seems odd to me. I thought viscosity was a "good" thing lol.
The Colorado ZR2 I had before the Ranger had an independent transmission cooler with no engine coolant as part of that system and my fluid rarely got over 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
