Haha ^^^^
I'm really enjoying watching this build come together. Thanks for taking us along for the ride!

I gotta say, I might be diggin' your custom paint booth extraction system even more.

You missed one. Dual extraction baby. Nothing but high tech gear in my garazeebo. Filtration paint booths are for losers!

Spray gun and compressor? Ain't nobody got time for that. $5 wonder gun!

I'm done for today. My feet are screaming from being on that gravel all day.

In morning Ill hit all the screws and washers with black sealant to keep rust away. I need to chop the rear locking tabs off so the rear skirt can go in place. I was originally going to keep the front 2 feet open for a solar panel installation, but I dunno - one more 4x2 section will fill it in... I just don't want anyone walking on that forward area as it is the least supported.

Last panel arrived so we have a full ten feet of platform. Monday begin trimming it out and framing sides and also start building a low rail / lip around the top. Also need to fabricate a new light mounting panel.

Jack,

You have made a few of us very anxious to see the final product and to learn about how it works long term. Can’t wait!

Also, love the fancy lighting in the “garazeebo”!

Well if I trim it out correctly it will hide the ugly portions like a champ. As you can see from the photos the panels don't lie perfectly flat so you can see the wave going down the side. The framing is straight, its just the nature of them being plastic panels and without high heat (winter time) to settle the plastic framing it out with skirting will hide little annoyances like that.

I also did go for another set of 7" lights for a total of six, but those won't be here till Thursday. The wiring is in place under under the rack ready to go, but I want to design a single piece front skirt where I can unhook the lights and remove them all as one unit. We ain't done yet boys, I still need to add marker lighting and tie down mounts. I thought I would be done by now, but I keep thinking of little things that will make it more and more functional.

I also want to order a couple of Feniex T-3 amber strobes.

Alright I'm about to be off in an hour or so to Home Depot. I decided to use some ten foot cuts of slotted 1 n' 5/8 Unistrut channels for the side rails / lip to frame the flooring. I've got some other ideas that have formulated on how to also use these channels for a slide out and drop down ladder system. At only $22 per ten feet I think its worth a go even if I have to scrap the idea. This also started spinning the wheels about the ability to add spot pods to the rails that can basically be moved on a track system, but the major hurdle there would be trying to figure out a clever system where you don't have basically 5 +/- feet of wiring flopping about somewhere depending on the lighting position.
