I am looking at the Back rack brand rack for my 2019 Ranger. Has any purchased one yet? With or without tonneau cover? Any photos are appreciated?

I purchased one! I got the model for tonneau cover with the wide top rail adapter.

Unfortunately, I still haven't install it because I don't have the truck yet. But I should get my truck in the next two weeks and I will post pictures of the rack installed and with my tonneau cover.

@dmjr77 Here's the final result. Very happy with it and the tonneau cover fits great under the backrack. The cover is an Extang Trifecta ALX.

Slightly confused on why that is needed... Rear window smashing prevention? Does it get in the way of visibility? Can you mount things to it?

It's mostly for rear window smashing prevention for when loading my ATV, propane tanks, freezer, etc. and also being able to strap larger/higher items securely in the bed.

You can mount accessories to it for things like lights and shovels, etc. but I don't use it like that.

Hit to visibility is minimum, you have two thin additional lines in your mirror but nothing major.

If you carry larger items on the regular, a headache rack is a must in my opinion.
