That would be "you're."

OCD is a bitch.
I knew we were brothers from another mother! ? I'm loaded with it too and little things drive me crazy. Sometimes it a blessing and others a curse.

Here I'd have to click over to $40.00. Me an Annie have actually battled over this. She just leaves it where it is when the pump clicks and I HAVE to round to up to the next 0.?

I stopped this when I heard of all the Tacoma evap canister issues that were caused by this. Now, first click, and I'm done.

But let's be honest, it's not OCD. I knew people with that, and they would wash their hands till they bleed. We all have little bits of this where we have a certain level of perfection we want to, and expect to achieve. The small life victory of the "perfect pump", is one of many we all have.

And not to be misunderstood, I'm no SJW. We've seen my humour. Just adding some context for those that might not understand the difference between "my OCD", and "that person is in therapy and takes medications". Again, not trying to rain on parties, more like own your perfectionism! It's not an illness, it's that cool thing that makes you, you!

i gave up this personal quirk when I started paying with a CC many moons ago. When cash was king at the pump I didn't like getting odd change after paying. Not to worry, still have plenty of quirks left in the vault.

For me it doesn't matter whether it's cash or charge I have to round to the next 0. Sometimes I"ll make an exception to go to 5 so not to overfill like Frank @Highlander mentioned above. There's no way I can leave it at $34.22 it's going to $34.25. I have way to many quirks. lol

Totally agree Frank! The warden would be the first to tell you that I am not remotely OCD. But I am one anal SOB!!!! And I will admit it. But not about all things. I'm weird. I am bad about "my stuff" having to be in certain spots. Even the items in my pockets. Each item has a certain pocket. Per the warden "my stuff" is a whole other issue. But I'll own that one too.

99% of the time when the pump clicks I am done. For the very reason you mentioned. But in the example above... wild horses could not prevent me from squeezing that handle one more time.

Smoking is bad for you. Use edibles.
Like the old engine covers mice loved eating .
The older I get the more my mind wanders just like some threads. Engine covers have been beat to death. Thinking about it so have potatoes ?? But I like mine hand cut and fried .

And I felt “taken” when I bought mine for like $70 nine months ago. For something Ford SHOULD have included.

Now…. If only the little “ball joints” I have on my brand new trucks hood and fenders had gas struts attached.

Oh and even a cheep plastic “slip case”, instead of a paper envelope for my owners manual on my “top of the line”Ford LARIAT / TREMOR 501A.

So sad, all of the “deleted” small things on these vehicles that together add up to a “less than quality” feeling.
Check Rock Auto for the hood struts. They're $12 each plus shipping if the attach points are there. My early build '22 still had the attach points, but later builds do not.

Agree the "less than quality" feeling with all these little things removed.
