No pics , but the Ranger took me to the NAVY Army game yesterday.

WOOHOO, 2 years in a row now. We'll see if NAVY can beat it's current longest winning streak of 14 years in a row!!!


The only downside was that it took almost 1-1/2 hours just to get out of the downtown area

Lucky you! I caught part of the game on tv and it was a good one from what I saw.

I think the worse time we had getting out of an event was when we were in Englishtown, NJ for the NHRA Nationals years ago. We were stuck in traffic for over 3 hours trying to get out of there and we had a long drive back home to WMA that night. That made for a very long day but well worth it as there's nothing like seeing the nitro cars run the 1/4 mile!

I stopped by and visited with my Mom and step Dad for a little while this afternoon.

Picked up a new piece of furniture. Found a retired firefighter who takes wine/whiskey barrels and makes tables, kitchen tables and bar stools out of them. He does full barrels and half barrels and this one fit perfect in the corner. I was telling Annie a few months back I'd love to find a whiskey barrel and make a bar out of it and now Bam. Now I need to fill it up with some bottles inside and a few of our Southwestern stuff on the top.

It’s sitting in the carport awaiting a trip to the Ford dealer Wednesday to diagnose a driveline whine.

Traded it in on a Suburban. I'll list a bunch of stuff for sale soon!
The Ranger wasn't working out for me comfort wise, I'm tall and wide and I really miss my last Suburban that was totaled. Paid $34k OTD in January, picked up the SmartCap for over 50% off and drove it for a year and 23k miles. They gave me $30,158 on trade. Was a great truck, I just needed more space.
