I’d drive it, too.
Closer, but mine has the Magnum 500 wheels, and was not an R/T. It's impossible to find an Internet pic of exactly how mine looked. most have the Rallye wheels as shown above. Back then you could spec a car with any options you wanted; no packages. You had a choice of the new at the time filament grid rear window defroster, or a fan mounted under the package shelf, mine had the latter, also an am/fm monaural radio. As I look back, that car was a unicorn!

Twice your distance...150K 😜

...mandatory tranny swap at 95k, good till 190k...
I was going to ask how many transmissions does it take to get to 150k, 😆

Update: 92,802 miles on my 2021. Did the seatbelt mount recall and had the blend door fix done under warranty in 2022. Otherwise pretty good, although it's in the shop for a DPFE fix awaiting parts. I bought a 10yr/150K mi bumper to bumper warranty when new so it should be a $100 deductible.
I changed all the fluids in the truck at 84,000 mi "If you can pour it, change it"
I'll probably do it again at 150K. I probably should change the original plugs too.
Still rattle and squeak free. It's become my all time second favorite vehicle, the first being my Plum Crazy 1970 Dodge Challenger that I bought a month after I got home from the 'Nam.
Update:
I got my Ranger back yesterday, after a 7 day wait for parts. It seems to me that this DPFE malady is fairly common among aging 5G Rangers, and probably not anticipated by the engineers. It shouldn't be that hard for a dealer to get the parts.

It was fixed under my 10yr/150Kmi extended warranty for a $100 deductible against an $1,869.15 bill. Maybe just being thorough, but they replaced pretty much everything EGR related. This claim alone covered about half the cost of the warranty, and there is 60K more miles of bumper to bumper coverage.

I don't wrench autos anymore, If I can't sit on a stool to perform the repair, like on my motorcycles, it gets an X-warranty and goes in the shop.

This is exactly why I bought the ESP 10/100,000 for mine. It was $1,905 (with a $200 deductible) and I used my FordPass points to help pay for it. Sure it's a gamble that you'll use it but what insurance policy isn't?

Like you I really don't wrench on my vehicles anymore and I drive so little now it's worth it for them to change the oil and rotate the tires once a year. I have better things to do with my free time, like detailing it and adding loads of 303 Graphene to it. 😁

$1800+ for DPFE repair?!
Yep- $1180 billed labor, 5.9 hrs ($200/hr) incl all tests/diagnostics; $689.15 parts. They found coolant leakage and carbon buildup on the egr sensor, so it all got replaced. 5.9hr seems like a long time for the job, but I suspect they had more than one tech on it at least part of the time. The DPFE and ego tube had Coolant on them from a leaking EGR cooler into the system, so they went ahead and replaced everything; I approve.

Shout out to Hudson Ford, Hudson, WI whom I've dealt with for almost 12 years, servicing all the vehicles I've owned over that time (6) there. I've never had a bring-back on any service or repair, until my 2025 Explorer, which I'll detail in a separate post when that saga is finished-hopefully in the next two weeks.

Got just over 42K on mine now.

Seems to be time to replace the DPFE as it’s now got a very noticeable low speed, low rpm, easy throttle shudder. And it is annoying. At times tow mode doesn’t even get rid of al of it.

It's time. If there is coolant leaking from the egr cooler, it may cause damage to other internals over time.

101,000.
Synthetic oil, usually Valvoline, every 5k.
New NGK Ruthenium plugs at 75k.
Drained and refill radiator at 75k and again at 100k.
Normally I do the plugs and coolant every 50K but I'd had some surgery and wasn't feeling up to it for a while.

I'm going to be blunt and honest here. We are all very fond of our hard working trucks and go the extra mile to keep them going. IHMO 😎🤘

Shoot, my recent AC repair surely paid for it. I think the extended was something in the $2k range for me. They did the AC compressor and heater box too.

I know many are not in favor of buying extended warranties and up until a few years ago I was one of them. I think if you're going to keep it longer than the factory warranty it's a good idea especially with all the computers board now. Then add it the EGR, 10R80 issues and heater box just having problems with either one of those last two will pay for it.

Sadly it seems that many things made post Covid are not built well and just don't last like they use to. Remember the Maytag man? That use to be Maytags selling point that their appliances were built to last but not anymore. When we were building the house I couldn't believe how bad their (and most every other manufacturers0 reviews are. Leaky dishwashers, racks breaking/falling off the track, microwave insides melting and refrigerators ice and water failing which is very common. This was even on higher end appliances like Bosch, Z-Line or GE Cafe. Heck when dishwashers are now reaching $1,000+ it's almost a no brainer now to buy one.
