so to be clear…..
Was it faded when you applied it?This after 2 weeks using Chemical Guy's VRP. And since it comes in a cream I wiped it on thick and let sit over night hopping for longer results.

you had the gray/white trim and that special sauce restored it to the picture you posted??
Yes it was. Looked good when done, just didn't last. Was it faded when you applied it?
Sure, but it’s Australia Cam. Every living creature and the sun are doing their best to try and kill you. Every. Single. Day.Well I tried various things some worked for a while, but eventually my rubber just crumbled and fell out in big chunks. I'm going to have to replace it on both front doors. Pretty poor really given as I previously stated we have older Hyundai / Kia vehicles in the family which largely sit out in the weather during the day, and only parked under cover at night, ie exactly the same as my Ranger, and their door trims are still perfect.
But what kind of quality do you get?You can get all four for about $55 on Amazon. They are called “belt molding “.
The aftermarket parts haven't really instilled confidence in reliability for me lately. So I'm the same way. How long they going to last and whats fit and finish look like. But what kind of quality do you get?
