This might be me nit-picking, but there is a clear line on the driver's interior door where you can see a big difference in the color of the panel. Its dark black then dark grey. I've circled it in red here. Any one else see anything like this?

EDIT: I cleaned them like crazy, nothing, put some interior shine on it and it helped tone down the difference a bit. Then realized I hated shiny interior so I cleaned it back off and it was back to how it was prior.

Your dealer should be able to replace that. I wouldn't accept it.

Yeah I think I'm gonna swing by at lunch tomorrow and see what they say.

I took it to the dealer at lunch, they took pictures and are going to send it to Ford to get a replacement ordered.

Well, I heard back from the dealer today after asking for a follow up two weeks later:
The overall and close up image shows shiny surface at the center of the trim panel just above the insert. This shiny appearance suggest contact from an outside influence (chemical, cleaning agent, petroleum based product, etc.), not a manufacturing defect in material. As such, the appearance condition exhibited in these images of the left front door interior trim panel (base part number: 23943) is not warrantable under the new vehicle base warranty.
I'm not happy, but the dealer is 'speaking to their service director' to see what they can do for me.

Sounds like the wheel on my ST. Had a gouge in the raised lip I didn't see when I picked it up. I had driven it home and parked it in the garage for about a week before I pulled it out to clean it up and I saw it. Took it back to the dealer with less than 50 miles on the odometer and the original tire shine from them detailing it. The dealer submitted a warranty claim and Ford corporate denied it. Said I hit a curb, but there was no scuff on the tire.

Hope you have better luck than I did.

Umm... I have the same discoloration. Not as severe but noticeable. Somthing is definitely up. Either in manufacturing or production.

Hey. Lets get some measurments and see if they are in the same place. I’ll measure from the edge of the door handle escutcheon. If you need more pics let me know. May help getting your claim resolved showing proof that the issue isn’t a one off.

@Akshon @tivct it's exactly 5" from the door handle trim on mine.
