You will get like a $10 credit for an oil change and the law firm will get 10 million in "fees".
Damn right the only one who'll win will be the shyster lawyers

what is this cheat device, and can GM and Dodge buy it too? Can I buy shares into the company? looks like an investment I should partake in.

the whole lawsuit seems smoke and mirrors to me and while every effort is made by a manufacture, to determine a consistent and accurate vehicle mileage rating, anyone with a brain (excluding Mr Floyd and the lawyers) understands the real world values are different.
Mine meets and often exceeds EPA ratings

Funny thing on how these class actions work.

My son bought a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra with a class action case due to MPGs.
Last week I received a $20.41 gift card as the settlement. In order to activate the gift card, you must have the last 5 digits of the VIN#. After 6 years, I don't have that VIN#. I imagine some others won't too.
$20.41 and the lawyers got millions.
Check ... maybe you have an old registration laying around!
Winner winner Chicken dinner!!

Hope someone from Ford is watching this forum I think there's a lot of us here that would testify that we're extremely happy with or MPG's

100% agree that I hope Ford is watching. I’m totally satisfied with my fuel mileage and don’t feel I deserve to be compensated for anything.
Me either. Very happy with mpg!

Another 330 mile's and I got a hand calculated 21.3 (22.5 indicated) mpg in normal day to day driving. My truck on average reads about 1 mpg high, but it has been within the EPA ratings all 6 times I've done a hand calculation. Not sure why anyone would ever be so naive to get involved in a class action suit to make a lawyer money.

only 660 miles on my XLT FX4 and i'm getting about 20.3 I drive to work all below 55, and home from work with mostly 65+ (depending on traffic). Drive a mix of hot off the light and slow.

Actually makes a lot of sense to me. I’m not even close to 20/24 at just under 1000 miles so far and have been wondering what I am doing wrong. I drive about 60% highway and have not been able to get better than 19mpg. Just added my tonneau so that may help a bit, but have really been wondering what the deal was.

Good find!
