Wolfbox is a very popular digital review mirror company.

Wolfbox is not registered with the BBB.

One can assume that a company (vendor) that sells Wolfbox took a poop in OPs Wolfbox package and he made his frustration known.

What company (vendor) the OP actually bought from is unknown because the OP appears to operate based on "Beer good! Fire bad!" programming.

Or maybe I am completely wrong, which would also go back to the OP speaking gibberish and the best I can do is try to translate into human, which as it turns out, I am also terrible at.
You are completely wrong.

For the record: I contacted Wolfbox by email about buying an extra rear camera for my cargo carrier. They responded the next day and shipped one to me for free. I responded that I wanted to pay for it, but they said no, they were sending it anyway.

I'm a happy Wolfbox customer.
I would never buy from an eBay buyer with a negative rating. BBB is somewhat similar. Someone files a complaint with BBB and the company is contacted and given an opportunity to respond. If this case, BBB had two complaint regarding Wolfbox and they didn't bother to response, hence the F rating. That's fine, they can do whatever they want, but as a consumer, I can shop where I please. That's really about the extent of it. I don't have the details of the complaints, but again, similar to eBay, sometimes it takes a bit of work to maintain a positive rating. I tend to shop with those that value rating and reputation.

Edit: Nevermind I found the information.

So basically only 3 people have filed on them and 3 non-responses. I'm not absolutely sold on the way they rate things. I've seen countless people praises their products.

So this is one of those systems that only works when people use it.

I mean yea, balls on them for their 3 non-responses, but the a bit of logic tells us they have sold thousands of product. I'm assuming the "Wolfbox" operating in the USA is basically a non-store front drop shipper for China that could care less about the BBB.

Edit 2: And a quick look on Google does in fact show the origins of manufacturer are.... drum roll... China.

I worked for an oil and gas company and we got a complaint because we didn’t refund the money from a stolen credit card used at our pump. I get that the guy was pissed but we were also victims. However, the complaint stands even though we responded to the complaint. The BBB is a scam.

Sponser, this site. F rating. Make sense yet?
Not at all. I never have noticed this site sponsoring wolfbox. Wolfbox in my searches and as listed above is not rated on the BBB so not at all on that end either.

Feel free to post a link to the rating you are referring to. A complaint can be from bad customers too. Most people don’t write a positive experience. I’ve only heard good things from wolfbox customers on a multitude of sites and groups.

Yep, all of them are from China, even when the company is US based.

And people wonder why there's a staggering trade deficit and jobs have left America.

Thanks for showing me the sponsor section. I only use the mobile version and I do not scroll that far down. The ads don’t pop up on my platform towards the top so I never saw that. I see the rating now. I stopped reading when they aren’t accredited. I personally don’t care about the BBB rating, like a JD Power rating. To me it doesn’t mean anything. I just was pulled in by a weird title with no context. Hope you find a sponsor on here that suits you.

That was my first thought, they had maybe one incident and it was negative so that's 100% negative responses.
Years ago I owned a small service-type business and someone reported us to the BBB. I was able (but not required) to provide supporting documentation that the work was completed but the customer had not paid us and they dropped the complaint from their listing. They were just trying to get work done for free.
I didn't go to law school but over 21 years I was 7-0 representing myself in court suing clients for non-payment or bounced checks.

I'd be willing to bet the 3 complaints came from the same person.

This following falls under the "No sh*t" catagory:
Jobs have left the U.S. because:
#1 - Foreign manufacturer's labor costs are extremely low compared to the U.S.
#2 - This, of course, means that the same product made here will be more expensive. So, obviously, U.S. companies move production overseas, primarily Asian countries, to be competitive. You're not buying cheap German, English, Italian or Sweedish cars, are you?
#3 - U.S. corporations have learned they can still sell their products at a premium in the U.S. while pocketing the up-front savings from Asian production.
And let's not forget the holding companies and board members who consider themselves more important than the people who actually their products.

Let me share some data with you. There's more made in the U.S than you realize, including that BMW sitting in your garage, for example. :)

P.S. last I check Kia isn't a U.S company. American cars aren't even allowed to be sold in some countries. Do you know how many American cars are in Japan? 1%.

No sh*it!

What point are you trying to make here—that “Made in China” (or other East Asian countries) automatically equals poor quality?

Many of the components, materials, or parts used in the vehicles you mentioned originate from East Asian countries.

Final assembly might happen in the U.S., but it’s naive to think these cars are truly built in America from the ground up.
For example, the semiconductors that power infotainment systems, sensors, ECUs, and other core functions are mostly made in Taiwan—specifically by TSMC, which produces 80–90% of the world’s chips. That’s why, when COVID disrupted supply chains, car manufacturers struggled to deliver vehicles: they couldn’t get the chips.

As for Wolfbox, their lack of certification from a niche review company—one whose value is debatable in the age of modern review platforms—doesn’t automatically suggest they’re a bad company. Especially when the number of complaints is small, and review bias (i.e., people are more likely to report bad experiences than good ones) is a factor.

That and the fact that the BBB doesn’t have anywhere near the weight it did decades ago. BBB sticker on the door of a business is very 1980-ish.

There are a gazillion ways to review a business in our modern world. If I owned a business today would I pay to be a BBB member? Nope. Would I worry too much when BBB contacted me to basically halfass mediate a complaint? Nope.
