This past evening, I took my 2019 to the touchless car wash (to remove all of the wonderful road salt here in NH) and when I came out of it - I noticed that the insides of the headlamp assemblies were fogged up on the inside. Since now I have this issue - what do I do now? Should I replace the LED Bulbs, or should I find complete LED assemblies?

I thought the XLT had halogen headlights..
They do, he's got drop-in bulbs in the halogen housings. OP, get yourself so good LED projector assemblies
You won't regret it. Night and day difference.

Orrrr check your dust caps that they are tight (after you remove them to let them dry out)

Depending on how much (moisture) - this is possibly normal, due to the vents in the assembly.
Plus add in the fact - Warm/Hot car wash on a cold day / surface, possibly fogged them up.
They should dry up and clear on their own.
May take longer since (LEDs) do not produce the heat that the Halo's would.

Now leaking (caps) - cracks and actual water droplets / pooling - Not Normal

What brand of LED Projectors would you recommend?

The LED bulbs that a freind of mine installed, they had to have the dust caps removed. I still have them. Are there any LED Bulbs that will use the dust cap?

I just installed Auxitos in mine. They fit just like the regular halogen bulbs as do the dust caps.

This right here explains it... dust caps removed will 100% allow enough "steam" in to fog them up

I have auxitos as well. They have a moveable base so that you can get the bulbs properly aligned. The non-moveable base had the bulbs at an angle and made the reflector useless so the beam was all over the place. Definitely try better leds before buying new housings and tearing down the whole front end of the truck to replace them. It’s the reason I haven’t jumped on some good replacement housing deals. I don’t want to spend a day taking the front end off and putting it back together

Its a couple hours at best. 3-4 first time. Just gets faster after that.

I personally have the OLM headlights that I bought from Underland Offroad. I have been told they are made by the same company that makes them for Morimoto. Look and act the same, same 5 yesr warranty. Love the sharp cutoff and wider pattern. No comparison with the drop-ins I had before.
