If you already have bds crashbars I would go 285/70/17
I just got the Milestar Patagonia AT Pro in SL and they are fantastic! I like them better than the KO2’s they replaced. They are only 45 lbs a tire which is pretty decent for an AT tire.
Added Ranger Raptor steps to my rig. Bolted right on no issues. They are wider than the OEM on my XLT and for the wife and kids it’s a much easier entry and exit. I like that they provide more side protection from rocks and what not off roading.
I went with this and couldn’t be happier. Heavy duty but doesn’t come with new gasket.

Why don’t you guys ever offer a discount to us forum members? Cool lights, I have a couple of your S1 on my rig, just not sure what the benefit is to you being a forum sponsor for us?
just replaced mine a little under 5 years
CarPlay stopped working when I got a new iPhone and nothing would charge with USB ports. Head unit kept powering off randomly and restarting.
new battery from Costco and not a single problem
Ha the whale tail brand.
most factory tires don’t last more than 25k miles as they are not made to the quality of aftermarket.
I haven’t ruled out the destination’s I am really trying to get some feedback on the Milestar’s since there’s not a lot out there. And I am considering that there’s...
I’m sizing up to 285/70/17 with my next set which is why I’m so concerned with weight and trying to avoid a heavy E. The milestars are cheaper than the destinations and about the same weight. No doubt the destinations are a quality tire and they are made in Canada. The milestones are made in the US.
The Destination X/T in E are 50 lbs. my only issue with them and it’s totally stupid, is they don’t look aggressive and being in SoCal it’s all about how mean those tires look.
I can’t find them at Discount Tire in a C load so maybe they can order them. My KO2 C’s in 265/70/17 at 48ish lbs
Did you get the Milestars @idahofarmboy ? If yes did you go with the E rated? I’m looking at these as well and would appreciate if you could share any thoughts if you bought them
Didn’t even know those exist! I like the concept but would hate to have to inflate that at the end of a run when it’s 100 out. For me it would be a 0 PSI or 150 PSI so would rather just see a lockout like a mountain bike fork has. You could then run a remote lockout to the cab.
New rear differential cover. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/afe-46-71350b
It’s new supposedly and not flat like their aluminum one. Also has bolts to hold the brake lines using the factory clips. Weighs 9 lbs and looks good. Holds additional fluid. Didn’t come with a gasket the instructions...
I’ve been researching these tires in that size and the M/T website says that the P rated tires that are 48# Do Not have the extra sidewall protection which is only in the LT that are quite a lot heavier.
I run BFG KO2 in 265/70/17 C rated and they are 48# each. I am running them on Bronco...
