I have the same lean and it is eating my soul!! I have a Rough Country 3.5” lift and I’m trying to visualize what you’ve done. Can you throw some pics up so I can evaluate whether this is a viable solution to counter the gradual disappearance of my soul, I mean lean? A pic of the leaf assembly on both sides should suffice; thanks!I know this is a pretty late post, but I finally got rid of my "Ranger lean".... It came from the factory with a 1/4" shim under the drivers side and it still leaned towards the driver's side by 3/4" of an inch on a completely flat surface. Didn't matter if I had a full tank or not. This drove me nuts (I have about 3000 miles on the truck right now) so I bought an Eibach 1" rear lift kit with 2 blocks from the Eibach web site. Cost 100 bucks, but well worth it for me.
Took me less than 30 minutes to follow the instructions to take out the driver's side shim (1/4") and install the block. I have kept the shim just in case I raised the driver's side a bit too high. Then I'll just put it under the passenger leaf springs.
No lean on level surfaces now. I love this truck -- have replaced all non-Led bulbs with led bulbs, added a Redarc trailer brake controller, Icon Stage 1 leveling kit, Ranger Raptor wheels (from England), and 285/70/17 KO2s. But the lean? Killed me.
It's a simple lift kit. You remove the rear shock, the (2) U-Bolts, insert the block, install the new U-bolts. See pdf below (just steps 1 through 4 and the first 3 illustrations... you DO NOT REMOVE THE SPRINGS),I have the same lean and it is eating my soul!! It depends. The 3-1/2" Rough Country Kit already has shims and u-bolts for the rear.I understand what it is; I meant whether or not his lift kit and this lift kit are compatible and whether or not the two worked together. Sorry, for the confusion.
Yeah, already tried that route. I believe a near direct quote would be...”If it’s within 3/4 of an inch, it’s within tolerance.”It depends. The 3-1/2" Rough Country Kit already has shims and u-bolts for the rear.
Go out and measure your truck (Check out the photo below). If there isn't more than 1-1/4" of threads hanging out you're going to need longer u-bolts.
Note: Ford specifies the U-bolts and nuts be discarded and replaced, and not re-used after removal.
Might be worth your while to contact Rough Country and see if they already a have a fix for this.

Yeah that kind of sucks but Ford is really to blame for the non symmetric issue....Yeah, already tried that route. I believe a near direct quote would be...”If it’s within 3/4 of an inch, it’s within tolerance.”
That’s an incredibly ignorant statement to have been made by them and has left me searching for unconventional fixes.
