So first time I did, admittedly, cry wolf (thanks spark plug boot lol).
So we are at 82k miles - the sweet spot I guess?
This time unfortunately issues started happening with my wife and I in the truck on I10 heading to Florida for a weeks vacation.
P0766 was the code I pulled. Transmission fluid was at a good level. So that wasn't it. We pulled off at the bucees on I10 around Alabama and I cleared the codes and we relaxed for a bit.
Seemed to run fine after that. Of course we still have a drive back to Texas - about 900 miles give or take.
I am going to ask this as it seems, mostly, that the only fix is a full on rebuild or replacement. How are the rebuilt units holding up? And if a replacement, are there any issues noted on them?
