I find them to be comparable when items are shipped from west coast to East coast. Small items tend to shake to the bottom of the pallet. Big items have a tendency to have forklift fork holes or clamp damage. Amazon is the only place I get perfect packages from every time. And then the rates keep going up to cover the damages.So, I tried Fedex instead of UPS, I have had UPS rough a lot of stuff up, but it looks like they both can be as equally rough.
It's a crap shoot, a poorly boxed package can show up fine and a tough box can get mangled![]()
