Well guys I bid you farewell. My son is away on business and left his 2022 hybrid maverick with me and I fell in love with it. So much so that I couldn’t pass up the gas mileage and ride quality. So after an exhausting search and a 250 mile round trip I’m now the proud owner of a new 2023 XLT Maverick Hybrid as well. Got it at msrp (a small miracle) and they gave me 27k for my 2021 2wd ranger xlt.
You guys have been a big help while I was a Ranger owner but all good things come to an end. Have fun boys and girls.

Congrtas. That's what I went in to buy but I waited too long and the tow package was no longer available. Ended up with the Ranger.

But for my wife and I, who are short in stature, the Maverick would have been an easy transition and I'm sure the ride is much smoother. Plus, compared to my XL, the XL Maverick has so much newer tech in it.

But had I gotten the maverick, I wouldn't be able to gripe about all the deleted parts of the poorly designed bed rake.

Although I'm sure I could have found many things to gripe about and buy on the Maverick forum!

I'd love to hear your thoughts about it once you've driven it a few months - have fun! =)

Very nice best of luck with it, maybe at some point in the future you could come back and post a summary or review about it, pros/cons, and brag about the great MPG's ☺
(compared to the Ranger)

Good luck with your new Maverick. No Mavericks when I bought my Ranger. I wouldn't mind one myself but really love my Ranger and it's so awesome towing my Tent Trailer. No regrets.

I'm really interested in the Maverick but I live in New England and if I can't get a hybrid in AWD then it's a deal breaker.

Ford....wake up!
