Just had most my teeth pulled today. $$$ gonna be heavily tied into healthcare for the new few months. Over $11,000 in surgeries and such :(

I won't be gracing this thread often with unwise finical decisions.
I hope all goes well with your replacement choppers. I can only imagine the discomfort and aggravation. Hang tough!

WAIT....you had it "anti-rustproofed" ??? That means that whatever rust-proofing that was there, was removed....thus your getting it ready for "rust"....:crackup::headbang::turkey:
It’s like “un-thawing” a turkey at Thanksgiving, am I right? :turkey::turkey::turkey:

Sounds like a rough ride ahead and enough pain medication that avoiding this place is probably wise. :wink:

I hope it all goes well and you’re back here when you’re ready.

The pain medication should allow MORE participation on this forum.
At least that was my excuse for not taking any while recovering from surgery this summer.

Got my morimoto side markers installed. Love how they look.

Also kept working on my front camera wiring.

Piggybacking power off an existing switch for my pair of 6in light bars in the bumper. Saved a tone of time, I think. The camera and screen combined only draw 800mA max, so I think I'm fine.

New switch is not 100% inline with the previous two switches, but I placed it so I had the most room for wires behind the panel where the steel frame is most recessed.

Eventually I'll try the Lightforce lower fascia with dual switches to clean all this up. Then replace this panel. But this works for now. The two switches with LEDs work opposite of each other, which will slowly pick at my OCD until I swap the older one out to match the new one. But I'm just trying to get it all working for now.

Just needs a few minutes to route my wire through to the grill to connect the camera wire and it'll be done!

Starting to think I should have done a build thread instead of forcing all of my BS on you guys in THIS thread. ?

installed an additional 1” lift for the front. Sitting perfect now. When these tires wear out, it’s 35” time.

Got these from a buddy, for free. They’re metal and seem to be high quality. Can’t wait to test them out in Moab. It’s at Firestone for the night to get an alignment tomorrow (lifetime alignments are the way to go!).
did you wash it, or just buy a new truck?

man, I’m still washing mud out from Flat Tops. Several car washes and it still ooooozes out when I wash it. It’s been a giant pain.
