Dave, now that you have lived with the stock Tremor running boards / steps, what are your thoughts?
Mark, I really like them. I just answered Jim as he asked the same. Honestly I really like these steps much better than the factory running boards I had before. I've been in/out of it a lot and have yet to see how others are cheese grating their shins? I just step on it flat with my left foot, grab the steering wheel and get in. Getting out I only use my heel and step off it that way. They're heavily textured so they grip really good.

What do you think of them? I see so many that don't like theirs but so far I like them and will most likely keep them.

Wow Dave you sure have MP2 looking good for only a week old Ranger. I think it was highway robbery of MP1 with all the goodies you stole from it. Enjoy your new Tremor!
Thanks Buddy! I was going to take a few more things but I had to leave something so it would sell at auction. ?

I took mine off pretty quickly. I liked them enough for getting in, as they were at a really convenient height, and I think using the step helps prevent wear on the side of the seat if you were to slide into the seat.

Getting out is where I hated them. At the time, I was parking in the garage, and I didn't have enough room on the driver's side to open the door wide enough to hop out clear of the cheese grater step. There was also not enough room to actually USE the step to get out, again due to the door not being able to open wide.

Now that I have given up on parking in my garage for the foreseeable future, perhaps I could have gotten used to them had I kept them on.

I took everything I needed off of MP1. It's only going to Copart and to auction so whoever gets it will have a project on their hands anyways. lol

 Maybe this should be my new avatar?

Some tastefull door edge protectors would be a nice touch.
I have clear ones coming today. I had them on MP1 and they really help keep the edge from getting chips.

Dave, have you decided how you will use your up fitter switches yet?
I still have my pod lights from my Jeep. I'm trying to find a dual pod bracket that these will work on these because I have 2 spots and 2 floods. I'm also thinking of doing some Lux rock lights and maybe those small light bar in the front grille.

Have you used up yours yet?

I then added the AVS bug deflector II back on and the new M2M grille insert which really should come stock on these. Also the USA Flag RANGER letters on the tailgate which I always wanted on MP1 but just didn’t think they’d look good on the Saber color. The red tow hitch was on my Jeep and then on MP1.

AHHH! You gotta slow these posts down!

My head's spinning - most mods occur over the course on months, not hours!

Your truck will look like this by tomorrow! =p

No, but I am looking for ideas!

I have been thinking about these 6" light bars from Diode Dynamics for the front grille.

And I thinking about some undercarriage lights, too.

I am picking up a Yakima OutPost HD rack tomorrow (thanks to the Memorial Day sale), so I might mount some lights on the rack, too.
