3/4" x 3/4" x 14GA weight per foot is approximately .753 lbs / TOTAL: 36.897lbs
1" x 1" x .125" weight per foot is approximately .525 lbs / TOTAL: 25.725lbs

Total length I would need is looking around 49' of tubing. Just doing some quick math. I will review the excel spreadsheet for the cuts to get exactly what I need.

The hinge bracket will be made of 3/16" steel. Then I will fabricate a bracket that goes on the headboards out of the same 3/16" steel. Once the bed camper is built for the flatbed I will make a mount for that as well.

Weird, not your build, but a friend of the boss had him order the exact tubing you listed. It's been sitting here for 4 weeks.

Im going to be adjusting the sizes of the arms to fit my soon to be bed camper dimensions. So I will update all the cut list and everything for that. Ive been looking at material prices then realized that the back side of the camper wouldnt be fully covered with the current arm lengths.
