How much lift up front is reasonable? Is 3" the limit?

I was able to get mine aligned when I took it into a shop after I installed my new front springs and shocks. So either I was lied to or somehow specs vary from parts to parts for assembly? lmao
Are you at 3"?

2" was plenty for me. Fit 33"s with crashbars intact and that's enough clearance for me.

I'm up 2" over stock up front but I'd like to go a little more.
Is 3" too much for the geometry? The Fox 2.0 says 2-3"
Part of the reason Fox doesn't recommend higher than 2" with their shocks is you still want to have some droop left in the travel for stuff like pot holes. While you can go higher, you're sacrificing a lot of ride comfort and potentially handling in the process. Not to mention as others stated you're getting pretty close to the safe limits on your CV angles assuming you're 4wd.

Construction. I work!
I put 3” and could not get alignment to work. Cost me 2 tires while I waited for new parts.
went with 2.4” bilstein/Arb 5100 coil over. And 1” block and rough country shocks.275/65/18 tires. Which are 32” ish. Works great. Tiny bit of rub on crash bars but will be removing those.

Right same as mine except I did 2.5"
Correct. So like I said, either I was lied to at alignment shop (but they gave me the before/after spec sheet) or I gotten the equivalent of some golden ticket willy wonka suspension components out of the factory.

Mentioned above, been running this close to a year, tires appear to be wearing normal as well.

Bilstein 5100s set at 2.5” with 285/70/17 tires and 17x9 wheels with +1 offset. Crash bars are removed.

Looks like there is still a small amount of rake, like .25”? I haven’t measured yet.

Well how much lift do the Rocky Ridge Rangers get? You can get them from the dealership lifted quite a bit.
