Wow!! Those pictures are awesome. I had tickets to the IndyCar at Barber in 2020 but Covid put a stop to that. As much as I have wanted to, I haven't been able to make it there. To make matters worse my local TV station is preempting the race tomorrow to show The Pegasus Parade here in Louisville. It is one of many events leading up to next Saturdays Kentucky Derby. If you go back for the race tomorrow I would love to see more photos.

Unfortunately, I won’t be able to go today(Sunday), I have to get back home to attend matters. But we had a great time yesterday. Watching the Indy qualifying was exciting as was the Porche races! Maybe next year I can come & watch the Indy race.

Tent camping for the first time in nearly 18 years. New tent, cots, and a hand full of tiny battery powered led lanterns for the trip. It did get a bit chilly, dropping to 5c overnight. Had the Mr Heater on stand by but opted to just pull the sleeping bag up to my ears instead. I’ll get a full report from the girlfriend soon. My odds improve if the coffee is waiting.

Dump runs for my birthday. About 4600kg (~10000lbs) total in busted up sidewalk. And a dead tablesaw. Not all in one trip, the trailer can only fit about 1500-1600kg. And I have to hand bomb it in and out so...

But before all that, we went on a late November desert sojurn, a little last hurrah chasing down dry mountain bike trails and what not.

Followed by a really good winter of splitboarding with friends.
