Thanks to @OrangeStreak I have this on Soupie - vroom, vroom!

Now the engine cover mice have a new place to chill when it's parked.

3/8" drive, no sweat ...

doh, that 2 15/16" exhaust versus 3" tip needs a bigger ratchet!

Had a 8:20 am appt. this morning at the dealer where I bought my truck to have the Trans fluid level checked. According to the Mechanic who worked on it, fluid level is good and he said he re-flashed the Transmission electronics, so the transmission has to re-learn itself or something to that effect. He told me he took it for a test drive and didn't like how it shifted so he re-calibrated something. I'm out of the loop with all the electronics stuff.
Anyway he told me drive it and any problems, bring it back. I drove home a short distance and it seems fine. I'll make it my business to take a long trip soon and see how she goes.
I was very concerned with the fluid level, and I didn't want to attempt to check it myself- that damn Hot Cat is in the way for me.
The mechanic seemed a real sharp guy and a straight shooter- he told me he was familiar with the Ranger Trans issues so we'll see..
While waiting there I took a couple pics of a Real nice White Ranger dubbed the Black Widow. Nice Truck

Good on the dealer.... Fugly on the black widow. It's all cosmetic and is a terrible buy

Looks great!
Hey Jack, will there be any plumbing back there to direct air to the intake or is that just to dump air into the engine bay?

i was wondering about that as well.

I also plan to mold in a piece of ABS flat stock in the middle to completely make "raptor" disappear. Best I can do without having someone fiberglass over the entire thing. At least from a distance it looks like it probably says "Ranger" behind it all.

I am prototyping a piping system that will collect that forced induction and redirect it to the same opening on the grille shroud that the factory mouth intake uses.... short term...

Long term is a completely linked system to the intake with proper water shedding properties.

The piping will be completely hidden behind the grill bar, plenty of clearance back there. Will link both intakes into a single larger diameter pipe.

To keep mice out, plug a potato into the tip according to Steve @IdahoRanger but remove it before you start up! ? ?

Todays modifications.
The hitch step is cool and I’m not sure what the “5” is for, but that stable mate caught my eye…
