SHROCKWORKS out of business?

What incentive do they have to change when people still give them money. I've said it many times, the off-road consumers are their own worse advocates. Bad customer service, gucci price tags, all of it, cause "that is just the way it is and the way it will always be".

I ordered the works from them:

• Ultralight winch mount
• Rock Sliders
• Full Skid plates

I ordered the Sliders/winch mount in Feb 2022. Didn't get it until August 2022.

I then ordered the Full skid plates as I was happy with the quality. Ordered August 2022, received mid-October, 2022.

So certainly they are still in business as of Oct.

I did call them once to see the status. Wanted to make sure it would not be shipped when I was out for vacation. This was June (still a month+ out they said.)

The product is great quality, but yeah - communication is hard and it's a bit of a scary thing.

Came to this tread because when I last spoke with them (~Monday Nov 21st) it was brought to my attention that their Warehouse Manager/Shipping Manager passed away and they were training new staff on how to package and ship stuff.

Was told my Sliders were done, just waiting to be shipped. I'm in a bind now because this is 2mo+ past when I was expecting them and I'm moving across country lol

Ask them to hold shipment till a date you specify and then give them your updated address to ship to?

The past due date sucks, but the problem seems resolvable as far as shipping.

Have they given you any of the shipping information yet? I know most big names allow you to modify delivery instructions once it is in the system.

Interesting, I hadn’t heard of this company before. Shrockworks was originally my first choice, but I have some time to wait so I’m going to see if RCI develops some. Like to support the local companies if I can.

When I picked up my skids, it didn't sound like they were. Their skids are killer, so I would love other things from them.

At this point I don't think RCI is going to do any more for the truck with a new generation coming.

When I picked up my skid plates, I asked the guy and he said they were looking into it this spring. He did say there were challenges though, so we’ll see.
